Payment Policy
1. Payment Terms
- All ride payments with DWARKA TAXI must be made in full at the time of booking or upon completion of the ride.
- We accept payments via cash, UPI, digital wallets, and other approved online payment methods.
- Fare charges are based on distance, vehicle type, and ride duration. Any additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, or waiting time will be added to the final fare.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
- All payments made for rides are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Ride cancellations by the customer after booking confirmation.
- Missed rides or no-shows by the customer.
- Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Passenger dissatisfaction with ride experience.
3. Booking & Cancellation
- Customers are advised to carefully confirm their booking details before making payment.
- If a customer cancels a ride after booking, the paid amount will not be refunded.
- In case of a driver no-show or service failure from DWARKA TAXI, an alternative ride may be provided, but no refunds will be processed.
4. Disputes & Chargebacks
- Any fare disputes must be raised immediately after trip completion.
- Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes will be contested, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
