2. Booking & Cancellation

• Advance bookings are recommended to ensure availability.
• If you need to cancel a booking, you must inform us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to cancellation fees.

3. Fare & Payment

• Fares are based on distance, vehicle type, and service time. Any tolls, parking charges, or extra waiting time will be additional.
• Payment can be made via cash, UPI, digital wallets, or other accepted methods.
• Any dispute regarding fare calculation must be reported immediately to our support team.

4. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must ensure safety by wearing seat belts and following driver instructions.
• Carrying illegal substances, weapons, or engaging in unlawful activities in our vehicles is strictly prohibited.
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will be chargeable.

• DWARKA TAXI shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during transit.
• Personal belongings are the passenger’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
